Chronotopia is a non-profit association that brings cultural heritage to life with classical music.

Together with people who live and work in Kalmar County, we bring local history to life, from the Ice Age to the recent past, with classical and new music written for classical ensembles interpreted by professional musicians and stage artists.

 

With unique concerts anchored in the local community, we create participation and meetings between times and generations. Historical places, persons and stories, well-known or forgotten, become resounding music.
